At the upcoming Sotheby’s auction being held in Geneva on November 13th, two minute repeaters from world class watch manufactures are being auctioned.  The first is Patek Philippe, reference 2524/1 in yellow gold, sold by Tiffany & Co. . This is a one of a kind piece, the movement was created in 1954 and was cased in 1961. This watch is projected to bring between $252,000 – $353,000.  The send minute repeater is by Vacheron Constantin, reference 4261 in rose gold manufactured in 1943. This watch  is estimated to bring $131,000 – $152,00. Other timepieces include Patek Philippe Celestial, reference 1502 as well as Rolex reference 6238 chronograph. In total, 300 timepiece lots will be auctioned off with an estimate of $6.4 million to $8.5 million in sales.
