Feel Good Watches
By preference, we ship all our packages by FedEx Priority, fully insured. We also use the United States Postal Service, UPS and, for extra-high-value packages, Brink’s Armored Couriers. We have third-party insurance to insure FedEx, USPS and UPS packages above their limits. Our standard procedures also include sending the tracking information and marking all packages as “signature required”.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a problem with the watch, we are happy to offer a refund on any in-stock, non-special order watches. There is a three day return policy from the day the watch is received. Returns are subject a 5% restocking fee. (This fee may include credit card fees and any shipping and insurance costs we incur to send or receive the item.) Pieces may be returned after this period for store credit only. To make the return process smooth, we ask that you follow these guidelines: The product must be in original and unworn condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by either calling 1-480-922-2549 or emailing us at sales@feelgoodwatches.com . The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.

We *highly* recommend that all packages that contain watches, watch parts, accessories and payments be sent with a direct signature required upon delivery. FeelGoodWatches will NOT be responsible or liable for any parcel or envelope sent to us unless it was sent “direct signature required”.
