Romain Jerome created a unique new watch, Liberty DNA. The watch was created to commemorate the 125th anniversary of The Statue of Liberty. The watchmaker worked in conjunction with two non-profit organizations that help restore and preserve the Statue.

The bezel is designed to represent the crown of the Statue with 12 “spikes” made out of bronze. The bezel overtime will change color just as the Statue’s color has changed through the years.  The dial is made with oxidized copper from the Statue that was secured during the 1986 restoration of the Statue. The watch is limited to 125 pieces and retails for $14,900.
