Warranty & Sales Policy
Warranty Policy
All watches are warranted for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. If the watch malfunctions within one year from the purchase date, FeelGoodWatches will repair the piece at no cost to the customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping to FeelGoodWatches, securely packaged via an insured carrier. All watches repaired under warranty will be returned to the customer at our expense. This warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage, external damage or abuse, caused by the customer. Warranty repairs can take as long as 8 to 12 weeks and occasionally longer. FeelGoodWatches is not a factory-authorized seller of any watch brand as explained below.
Sales Policy
Due to the fact that we do not monitor this site 24 hours a day, all items are subject to prior sale based on the time when orders are placed.Exchange Rates for non-U.S. Currency
The non-U.S. currencies that are available are for the customers’ convenience and are for estimates only. The final sales price will be calculated in U.S. dollars.
Checks and Wire Transfers
We are happy to accept personal checks and certified funds drawn on U.S. banks and shipped to destinations within the U.S. Personal and business checks will be held for up to 7 business days. As of September 2010, we will also be holding certified funds for up to 7 business days. Wire transfers are our preferred method of payment. Our bank information will be automatically emailed when an order is placed through our Shopping Cart. If necessary, we will email this information. All funds wired must be sent in U.S. dollars.
Credit Card Orders
* Because of the difficulty in verification and identification on international credit card purchases, FeelGoodWatches can not accept credit cards for purchases delivered outside the U.S.A. For international purchases, we will accept bank-to-bank wire transfers only and the funds must be in U.S. Dollars. In addition, as of March 8, 2011, we are limiting the total amount charged on credit cards to $5,000 USD. This is response to the high incidence of fraudulent credit card usage and is reluctantly done by FGW to try and help limit losses so we can continue to give you the lowest prices possible.
* For security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address provided with your credit card order. We hope you understand that this is for your protection as well as ours. (It is possible to add a second, authorized, “ship to” address to your account. Check with your credit card company.)
* Due to the high cost of processing credit cards, all payments made by credit card will be charged a non-refundable Handling Fee of 3% over and above the purchase price and shipping. This fee will NOT affect payments made by check, bank check, money order or wire transfer.
* A LEGIBLE photocopy, digital picture or scan of the front and back of valid identification (e.g. a driver’s license or passport) and the front and back of the credit card to be charged and written and signed authorization to charge that specific card. Please fax to the number listed above or email to sales@feelgoodwatches.com. Any order received without this information will not be processed.
Shipping
Once payment is received, we will ship via overnight priority service, insured to the full value and marked as “signature required”. In addition, we will send an email with the tracking information. We use FedEx by preference, but can use other carriers if needed. Effective September 2010: Due to insurance restrictions, we can no longer send to certain destinations such as Russia and Indonesia. Other destinations have limited insurance coverage. Please ask any questions before placing your order. Specials
We are happy to special order watches subject to the following conditions. We require an exact reference number and description of the desired piece and a 25% non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, special orders are not subject to our 3-day return policy and we cannot accept returns or provide credit on these special ordered pieces. The only exception is for defective merchandise.
